Opening hours
The buffet is available from 7:30am to 10:30am in the breakfast room. You can also
pick up your tray and enjoy it in the peace and quiet of your room or balcony.

Assortments of sweet treats: artisan breads and viennoiseries, seasonal fruit from the local market, organic cereals, crunchy organic toast, assorted organic jams from the Val de Sournia, plain and organic fruit yogurts, compotes, organic honey, butter…
Assortment of savoury dishes: Organic and local eggs, assorted cheeses, ham and charcuterie.
Beverages: Organic orange juice, coffee-tea-chocolate, cappuccino, organic milk, organic almond milk.

Confiture du Val de Sournia
La confiture du Val de Sournia provient d’un village des Fenouillèdes de notre beau département. Elle est produite dans la pure tradition de la confiturerie artisanale : une cuisson au chaudron à feux doux, en culture biologique certifiée et riche en fruits. Et, ce qui nous tient à coeur, une démarche sociale et solidaire. En effet depuis plus de 20 ans, la confiturerie est un atelier faisant partie intégrante de l’Etablissement et Services d’Aide par le Travail (ESAT) « Les Ateliers du Val de Sournia ». L’objectif étant de faire accéder à une vie professionnelle des personnes handicapées.

Because your dog has a right to a vacation too, here you’ll be welcomed with a smile!

Here, we love dogs and would be delighted to welcome your 4-legged friend for your vacation in the sun!
We do accept 2 dogs, but only small dogs (under 10 kg). Otherwise, we limit ourselves to 1 doggie.
Of course, there are a few rules you’ll have to observe on site, such as keeping your dog on a leash within the establishment, or not going into the breakfast room out of respect for other guests, but we love animals, and your dog will soon realize this.
