Selling Terms and Conditions

The following stipulations establish the terms and conditions for the services provided by the Hotel Centre Plage.

General stipulations
The terms and conditions defined hereafter apply to hotel reservation as well as to the services provided as an extra by Hotel Centre Plage with non-business travelers.
These stipulations specify that it is not possible to book a room with us without having accepted the terms and conditions mentioned below.

Ability
Each customer of the hotel Centre Plage has to be over 18 and declares, under his own responsibility, not to be under any protective measure (guardianship, legal tutorship ...).
Each customer of the hotel acknowledges he read the terms and conditions before booking a room. Since then, it means that the customer agrees with all the terms and conditions of the Hotel Centre Plage and accepts them in their entirety and without any reserve.

Prices
All the prices are displayed in euros, and including VAT and all other taxes.
Half board and overnight stay (upon presentation of a professional business card) are formulas involving the breakfast and one meal a day (lunch or dinner) without drinks.

Booking conditions
To guarantee your booking, we require your credit card details: we ask for your credit card number with the expiration date and the last three numbers on the back of the card. The Hôtel Centre Plage accepts: Carte Bleue (Credit Card), Visa, American Express and Eurocard/Mastercard.
If you wish so, and with agreement of the direction, you can pay your deposit using bank transfer as well.
Deposit is 30% for a more than 4nights stay booked, or, if the price of your stay is 300€ or more.
For July and August reservations and for one or two nights, the total price is taken when you book the room (without the taxes or possible options). For more than two nights, a 30% deposit is taken at the booking and with a minimum of two nights.
Deposit is non refundable.
Cancellation conditions :
Every cancellation must be done to Hôtel Centre Plage by fax or email. The date on the fax or on the email will be the date saved and valid for the cancellation.
You can cancel your booking without any expenses until 48 hours before predicted arrival (out special conditions). After this deadline, that will be a no-show, and will result in the client being billed the room rate for one night .
If a deposit has been paid, it will be kept, whatever the cancellations date.

Case of “force majeure”
By force majeure we mean every external event not attributable to the client, that is both unpredictable and insuperable and that prevent the client from travelling or taking charge of the obligations written in the general terms and conditions.
It will be called so in case of a strike of the employees of the hotel, insurgence, riot or any prohibition declared so by the legal or public authority.
This being stated, the following has been hereby decided and agreed that a case of force majeure suspends, for the client or the hotel, the fulfillment of the obligations written in the general terms and conditions.
